When will my order ship?
Our standard processing times are 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.  We strive to process orders quickly as possible.  Once a package has shipped, the time in transit will depend on which shipping method you choose at checkout.  

What if my USPS tracking is not updating?
If you notice that your tracking number has not updated in many days, please reach out to us at our customer service email address, sassandcraftscustomerservice@gmail.com.


Does Sass & Crafts offer Returns or Exchanges?
We do not offer returns or exchanges.  However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer service, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.


What do I do if I have a problem with my order?
Please note that in the rare instance you have any issues with your order, you will have 15 days from the date of receipt to Contact Us in regards to any problems. After 15 days we will assume the order is accurate and complete as received. Thank you so much for your business and understanding, we appreciate all our customers and we wouldn't be here without you!  


What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
If you receive your order from USPS and it is damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them in to our customer service email address, sassandcraftscustomerservice@gmail.com.


Local Pick-up

While we are not able to offer a physical location to shop, we are happy to offer local pick-up for our customers located here, in San Antonio. A local zip code will register on our website, giving you the option for local pick-up. Orders are still processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with our pick-up times and location.  When you arrive for pick-up, a team member will meet you at the door to give you your order. 

When ordering, please be aware that we are closed for pick-up on Sundays.  

Bling Bucks

Bling Bucks is a loyalty program that Sass and Crafts offers to their customers. For each dollar that you spend before tax and shipping, earns you one Bling Buck. Once you reach 250 Bling Bucks you can redeem those for a $10.00 off coupon to use on a future Sass and Crafts purchase. Each tier increases by 250 Bling Bucks.
250 Bling Bucks = $10 coupon code
500 Bling Bucks = $20 coupon code
750 Bling Bucks = $30 coupon code

To redeem your Bling Bucks click on the pink "tag" in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. You will now see your Bling Bucks balance and a tab that says "Your rewards" click that, and on the next screen click "redeem". On the following screen you will be able to choose how many Bling Bucks you would like to redeem. Use the pink dot, by sliding it to the right, this allows you to pick 250, 500, or 750 Bling Bucks, depending on how many you have available. Lastly click on "redeem" to get your coupon code

Weight vs. Volume

We value our customers and want to make sure you get the most glitter with your purchase.  All of our glitter is packaged by weight, guaranteeing that you are getting the most glitter when you shop with us.  Each of our glitters, excluding our dots and shapes, are packaged in 2 ounce increments. Our dots and shapes are packaged in 1 ounce increments.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, Sass & Crafts offers Gift Certificates. They are available in any amount from $10 to $500, Gift Certificates make an excellent way to reward that teacher or crafter in your life! They are also the perfect gift for any occasion.   

Can I combine or change my order once placed?
We can no longer combine or change orders. With hundreds of orders to deal with, we can no longer provide this service and keep the same level of customer service that we strive to provide.


Do you offer wholesale?
We do not offering wholesale pricing.

Do you offer bulk packaging or shipping?
We do not offer bulk pricing.  However, we do offer bulk packaging.  If you order 6 or more ounces of one color of glitter you can request, in your order notes, to have that color packaged in a larger bag, instead of multiple small bags.

Do you offer Sezzle or Afterpay?  
Currently, we only offer Sezzle, not Afterpay.  Many of our customers also use Klarna at checkout.
